Requirements to use our online licence renewal facility

You will need a scanned copy of your South African ID or drivers licence card in JPEG format, if you are not able to create an electronic copy using a scanner then you will need to fax us a copy after your have completed the online renewal form and processed your payment.
A credit card that we can charge. (We accept all major credit cards as a form of online payment.)
Your vehicles tare weight as indicated on your renewal notice or licence disc.

Costs

Our cost = R250.00 including vat (Includes courier charges in Gauteng, delivery outside Gauteng is charged at an additional R57.00 including vat)
+ Annual licence fee as per your renewal notice or default tare weight as selected below.
